Logical Reasoning & Reading Comprehension Workshop (LR+RC)

Module #1: Logical Reasoning Topic: Arguments Duration: 21hrs

The LSAT Logical Reasoning workshop module provides students with a comprehensive review of the Logical Reasoning section of the LSAT exam. This module will discuss each of the main Logical Reasoning Question Types (Strengthen, Weaken, etc.) that are tested on the exam as well as discuss optimal solution methodologies for each of these Question Types. The module will provide an in-depth review of all required Logical Reasoning theory (i.e. Argument Components, Argument Patterns, etc.) as well as introduce a full set of analytical tools and techniques (such as CPA Analysis) for this section of the exam. In addition, this module will discuss a variety of time management issues (i.e. pacing strategies, aggressive guessing, etc.) as well as review each of the major New/Advanced Logical Reasoning topics tested on the exam (i.e. Formal Logic, Contrapositive Theory, etc.).

Module #2: Reading Comprehension Topic: Reading Duration: 4hrs

The LSAT Reading Comprehension workshop module is a single evening session, comprising two components, that provides students with a comprehensive review of the Reading Comprehension (& Essay) section of the LSAT exam. The first portion of the RC workshop will discuss each of the main Reading Comprehension Question Types (i.e. Main Idea, Specific, Structure, etc.) that are tested on the exam as well as discuss optimal solution methodologies for each of these Question Types. The second portion of the RC workshop will provide an in-depth review of each of the major New/Advanced RC topics that are now tested on the exam (i.e. Comparative Reading) as well as discuss how to approach & write a proper response to the LSAT Essay Section (i.e. Writing Sample/Decision Prompt).

Schedule: All LSAT Workshops are held over 1.5 weekends (Sat/Sun), plus one weeknight (Mon, Tues, or Wed). Weeknight classes are held 5pm-9pm (4hrs). Weekend classes are held 9am-6pm (8hrs).
Weekend #1: Saturday & Sunday (9am-6pm)
Weeknight #1: Mon, Tues, or Wed (5pm-9pm)
Weekend #2: Saturday (9am-6pm)
